Writings:

Long Forgotten and Yet to be Discovered
by Gwilda Wiyaka

During these times of rapid and intense shifts and changes our bodies, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, are definitely taking a beating. The rapid influx of higher frequency that we are encountering as we re-enter the photon band is causing a massive detoxification on all levels. This is because what is not compatible with the higher frequency is shaking loose and falling out.

I have increasing reports of body aches, nausea, dizziness, emotional outbursts and times of confusion from my students, clients, and friends. I am also experiencing this myself.

We are not the only ones exposed to the photon band for the first time in literally ages. The Earth herself is undergoing the same massive frequency shift and needs to shake things off and detoxify as well. As we have already seen, this can bode ill for those of us living on her surface.

In most indigenous shamanic-based cultures there have existed ceremonies performed by chosen ones of the community designed to stabilize the earth by rebalancing her with herself and the stars. As these cultures have been annihilated or driven off their land containing the sacred sites where the ceremonies were performed, less and less provision is available for this needed service.

Now the Earth is going to do what she needs to do regardless of us puny humans. I think it is rather arrogant of us to think we can destroy her. All she needs to do is roll over in her sleep and we are not an issue any longer. What really needs rebalancing with the earth and stars is us puny humans.

Our job on this planet is one of stewardship. This is mentioned in many religious texts. This stewardship consists of channeling the God energy from above and the Goddess energy from the Earth through our charkas out our hearts and into the world, bringing balance and unity to all on the surface. By some of us aligning with and standing in this frequency, we provide a “tone” for others to attune to. What all this means is long forgotten and yet to be discovered.

We were originally designed to be an orchestra, each being on the planet has its individual part to play but all must be in tune for the music to come forth. We have lost our bearings on the tone during the long dark and the dissonance threatens to necessitate a large adjustment on the part of the Earth to correct it.

While in ages past, specific ones carried the responsibility to set the tone, now is a time of enlightenment and personal empowerment on the individual level as well. There is more light to operate by and if we choose to cooperate with the ascension process we are being given the opportunity to participate in mass.

This tone is set by raising our frequency using love, respect, honoring and gratitude for all things.

Each of us needs to follow our promptings as to what is ours to do and it may very well be that participation in bringing balance at the ceremonial level does not appeal. There are other and equally important ways we can assist the rebalancing process. In fact it is particularly important for those wishing to participate in ceremony to attend to the following things as well:

1) Healing: support for our personal healing ascension process by eating balanced organic food, drinking pure water, getting exercise, spending time in nature and through Shamanic and other holistic healings.

2) Know yourself: The more whole we become through these healings, the more we become truly grounded in who we are. This helps us be more present on the Earth and available to hold a point of integrity (higher frequency). We are also in a better position to access and follow our true promptings and therefore our path, which is our personal thread in the tapestry of life. Our path is our personal tone in any given moment that blends beautifully in the music of life.

3) Home: the concept of home is a hugely important ingredient of regaining balance. Every well-tended and much loved hearth, garden, and if you are so inclined, altar, provides a grounding point for the web that weaves the balance of life. This brings the first level harmony to the music.

4) Sacredness in all things: Treat ourselves and each other and all our relations in a sacred way. While it is important to discern who it is appropriate to work and be with while we are all shifting into our new teams, it is also paramount that we honor each others’ path. Discernment, not harsh judgment of ourselves and each other, is required here. As we join our teams the harmony and volume of our music is increased and carries further into the world stirring the strings of others and waking them up to their part and tone as well.

I feel so blessed and privileged to be in this orchestra with you and all of my relations on our beautiful Mother Earth.

In friendship,

Gwilda Wiyaka

Workshops:

THE CAULDRONS OF THE SOUL

Instructor:  Tom Cowan

When: April 22 & 23, 2006 10:00a – 5:30p Boulder

Prerequisites:
Upper World Shamanic Journey or Lower World Shamanic Journey, and
Power Animals and Helping Spirits

Primal Celtic mysticism views the soul as a shapeshifter that can wander through the elements and the natural world. At the same time, the soul energizes key centers in the body and mind in subtle and mysterious ways that empower us to live fully as human beings. Together these characteristics of the soul help us to realize our essential oneness with the Divine Consciousness woven throughout Creation. In this workshop we learn prayers and practices that can be used on a daily basis to stay mindful of our souls and their relationship to both the sacred and secular environment around us.

In this two-day, non-residential class, we use the shamanic journey to discover the mysteries of the three cauldrons of the soul - the Cauldron of Warming, the Cauldron of Calling, the Cauldron of Knowing. With these we can live more compassionately and empathize more intimately with others, listen more deeply, connect to animals, pets, the land we live on, and participate more fully in the seasons of the year.

This workshop is an initiation into Celtic mysteries that offers participants the opportunity to learn about and embody dana, a rich Celtic term that can refer to the primal energies of the universe. It is dana that characterized the People of the Goddess Dana, also known by their ancestral title Tuatha De Danann. And it is dana that gave certain groups of people such as druids, seers, poets, and healers the power that we today recognize as shamanism. By allowing our souls to drink from the rich springs of dana, we can become the modern equivalents of those Celtic mystics and shamans known as aois dana and representatives of the "Shining Ones."

Tom is a Path Home Certified Instructor and his class will qualify as an elective for the Path Home certification program. For more information or to reserve a spot in his class contact us: touchin@findyourpathhome.com or 303-775-3431.

UPPER WORLD SHAMANIC JOURNEY
Instructor
: Gwilda Wiyaka
When: Saturday, May 6, 10:00am - 5:30pm

Prerequisites:
None

In this experiential workshop you will learn the ancient method of entering the shamanic journey trance. Each participant will locate a Spirit Teacher and be instructed on the journey to upper world.

Time will be spent on interpretation and basic understanding of the metaphors of the shamanic journey as well as traveling with your power animal.

SACRED SPACE
Instructor
: Gwilda Wiyaka
When: Sunday, May 7, 10:00am - 5:30pm

Prerequisites:
Upper World Shamanic Journey or Lower World Shamanic Journey

Safe and enfolding containment is a necessity if we are to be able to open up to our creativity, bonding, intuition, and healing.

In this class we will explore our personal connection with spirit. We will discover our own ceremonies and rituals to create sacred space in our homes and work places.

Sacred space creates the optimum environment for shamanic healing work to take place for the client as well as the practitioner.

CONSCIOUS RELATIONSHIPS
Instructor
: Gwilda Wiyaka
When: Saturday, May 20, 10:00am - 5:30pm

Prerequisites:
Upper World Shamanic Journey or Lower World Shamanic Journey

One of the most valuable skills one can obtain is consciousness in relationships. Whether intimate, work, family or friendships most of our relationships are our patterns relating to the patterns of others. We are so busy bouncing projections back and forth that it is a rarity that we ever see each other for who we really are.

During this one-day non-residential class we will discover skills and concepts to help us become more conscious in our interactions with others as well as our selves.

PATTERN TRACING
Instructor
: Gwilda Wiyaka
When: May 26, 4:00pm – May 29, 1:30pm

Prerequisites:
Upper World Shamanic Journey, Lower World Shamanic Journey, and Beginning Soul Retrieval

"Fragmentation and the resulting rift in our personal space create specific recurring patterns and events that run like threads through our lives." -Gwilda Wiyaka

During this advanced 3-day residential workshop we will explore a powerful technique, developed by Gwilda over her years as a shamanic practitioner. It involves a unique method of journeying into life patterns to track down soul loss and hidden judgments and enchantments that cripple our lives.

Time will be spent on honing our middle world journey skills to better "read" a client or ourselves in order to locate clues and insights into soul loss and the resulting compensations. This information, in turn, can be used to help integrate soul parts and better understand the unconscious use of personal energy.

We will work on empathic listening skills as well as spiritual counseling methods that are the hallmark of this powerful work.
